The Challenge
ServiceNow’s agency MOI-Global APAC wanted to create visual content (photos and videos) for their global campaign launch in Asia which showcased the confidence of their customers. To achieve that, the agency requested for talents that represented the diversity of Asia - ranging from Japanese, Korean, Indian, Chinese and South-East Asian. And these talents needed to be shot in accordance with the global campaign look and with props defined in the global brief.
The Solution
A detailed brief was launched on the Klaud9 platform by MOI-Global. The brief included the intended message of the campaign, reference photos/videos and detailed guidelines for the talents, background and actions to be done in the photos and videos.
Klaud9 appointed a very capable Portrait photographer and videographer team - they helped source talents representing all the required ethnicities and finally 18 talents were shortlisted for the studio shoot. Over 200 photos and video clips were shot within a short time frame, from which MOI-Global and ServiceNow selected their preferred photos and video clips. Color correction, retouching and etching out was done to the selects and the client downloaded them from the Klaud9 platform.
